By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service:
- Acceptance of Terms
By using the services provided by Olympic Stairs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. - Services Provided
Olympic Stairs specializes in designing, manufacturing, and installing custom staircases. All services are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. - Quotes and Pricing
All quotes provided by Olympic Stairs are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any changes to the scope of work may result in additional charges. - Payment Terms
A deposit is required upon acceptance of the quote to initiate the project. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise specified in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. - Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are refundable if the cancellation is made within 7 days of acceptance of the quote. After 7 days, deposits are non-refundable. - Project Timelines
Olympic Stairs will provide an estimated timeline for the completion of the project. While we strive to adhere to this timeline, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any changes as soon as possible. - Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and any necessary access to the installation site. Any structural modifications required for the installation of the staircase are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon. - Warranties and Guarantees
Olympic Stairs warrants that all products and services will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of installation. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or alterations made by others. - Limitation of Liability
Olympic Stairs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific project. - Intellectual Property
All designs, drawings, and materials provided by Olympic Stairs are the intellectual property of the company and may not be reproduced or used without our explicit permission. - Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pierce County, Washington. - Modifications to Terms
Olympic Stairs reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
